Once you accept our quotation and authorise us to start, you must pay for the agreed work we properly carry out, in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

Cancelling the job or preventing us from finishing does not remove your obligation to pay sums properly due for work carried out, subject to your legal rights and any lawful deductions.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
